DDS Problems
« on: February 08, 2009, 07:15:16 AM »
HI,

I have noticed that Nvidia does not have a dds reader for linux, so I now use DevIL but I'm having a problem with the terrain textures being weird colors that are different then with out a dds reader at all.

any ideas?

try to use the latest 2.1 version

whats your commandline to compress your texture?
are the defaults (from the game provided) dds texture working?

I installed the Nvidia cg toolkit 2.1 and my terrains are no longer like that, thanks
But, they now are pink but with the correct texture tiled across the terrain

does anyone else have this problem?
